Shipping Policy

Robe Town Brewery Pty Ltd use Australia Post eParcel Delivery Service. Upon submitting the parcel to an Australia Post outlet, a notification will be sent to the email address you entered when making your purchase. You will be sent a tracking number that can be monitored on the Australia Post parcel tracking website. Alternatively, we can follow up your delivery on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Delivery is done by Australia Post.
  2. Beer can not be left outside the boundary line of a property.
  3. ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ are a guide; it is not a guarantee that these instructions will be followed. Due to OH&S it is at the driver’s discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to adhere to.
  4. If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted, the consignment will be returned to your Local Post Office to await collection. A card will be left in your letter box to advise of the collection point. Australia Post will not re-deliver once an item has been carded awaiting collection. Persons under 18 years of age cannot sign or accept delivery of alcoholic products.
  5. Robe Town Brewery Pty Ltd and Australia Post will not be held responsible for any missing goods when authority has been provided for your goods to be delivered without a signature unless insurance has been applied to the order.
  6. Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age at time of delivery, if prior authority to leave has not been given.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Robe Town Brewery Pty Ltd use Australia Post to deliver all our beers throughout Australia. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery from time of order placed.

Delivery Costs

  • Delivery costs are based on the current rate of freight delivery by Australia Post to the specified location from Robe SA 5276.
  • From time to time we may offer free or discounted delivery within Australia. This will be posted on our website at the time of offer.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order you have mistakenly placed with Robe Town Brewery via our website, you must inform us in writing (by email) stating your full name and quoting your order number, within 1 hour of placing your order.

 Customers are responsible for sending and paying the return postage and insurance costs incurred in returning the order(s).

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

In general, once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement/refund for the value of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photos as this will assist us to process your claim.

Brewery Collection

  • We are more than happy for you to place online orders for Cellar Door collection during our opening hours. Please keep the following in mind:
  • You must show your order receipt and ID to our staff to be able to collect your order. Add a note to your order or send us an email if somebody else is collecting the goods on your behalf.
  • We can only hand over beer to persons of legal age.
  • We will send you an email when your order is ready. Orders cannot be collected prior to you receiving this notification.
  • Our opening hours are displayed at the top of this website.
